Adobe's Photography Plan includes Photoshop CC and Lightroom plus an "extensive" library of video tutorials that provide demonstrations on a number of techniques. I have personally been using this service for about a year now and would certainly recommend it. Adobe automatically updates your software with the latest features, it just works.
